May 15, 2025: Final Purchase Requests Due
We Cannot Cover Partial Reimbursements
The only partial request that is permitted is the final request of the year. We don’t cover ‘up to’ the limit for price-restricted items; if it goes over, it will not qualify. Ex., if you are looking to purchase a bike over $500, that bike is ineligible. We do not cover up to $500 because that is the limit.
