CONFLICT OF INTEREST

We want to remind parents that scholarship funds cannot be directed to a qualifying provider if the parent is a board member or chief administrative officer of that provider. This policy applies to all qualifying providers, including hybrid and micro schools. Please ensure there is no conflict of interest when selecting a provider for scholarship funds.

School District Determination of Eligibility March 2025

SCHOOL DISTRICT DETERMINATION OF ELIGIBILITY

Please note that if your IEP is still current as of 7/1/2025 – it is still valid. Please upload that document to your application.

How to check if it’s current?

We are looking for the three-year redetermination date, not an annual evaluation date.

Your IEP may include language such as “next evaluation date,” “next eval date,” or “triennial due date.”

Some districts do not list the date. If you can’t find the date, please upload what you have and we will look into it further and let you know if a new one is needed.
