July 5th to be paid out around July 25th Aug 2025 – Apr 2026
Reimbursement Schedule:
Reimbursements are due by the end of the month. Deposits are made around the 25th of the next month.
Purchase Requests due by the 15th for end-ofmonth processing.
Receipt/Invoice Requirements
As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure families are having a positive experience with the scholarship program, we’ll be conducting occasional surveys throughout the 2025-2026 program year. Your feedback is incredibly important to us and helps guide improvements and better support all families.
