Final Reimbursement requests are due May 5, 2025

Final purchase requests are due May 15, 2025

Any activities that happen July 1, 2025 or later will be submitted for the 25/26 program year with the 25/26 program year funds. If you have an activity that requires registration prior to July 1, 2025, that receipt should be submitted after July 1, 2025 with the 25/26 program year funds since that is when the activity takes place.

2025-2026 APPLICATIONS

All current scholarship students and recently transferred Carson Smith students must complete a re-enrollment application to verify intent, eligibility, and income for the 25/26 program year. Required documents include updated eligibility verification (iep/atmr/mdt) and proof of income based on the most recent tax returns.
